Can we bring our own caterer?+
Yes — Boulder Flatts has no in-house caterer, so you're free to choose your own. A prep kitchen is available for your catering team.
Who handles setup and teardown?+
Our staff handles setup and teardown of all Boulder Flatts equipment and venue furnishings. Personal decorations are removed by the guest after the event.
Are candles allowed?+
Open flame is allowed only when candles are covered by glass — this keeps wax from dripping and prevents tipping.
Is smoking allowed?+
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building.
What's the policy for children?+
Children under 14 must be monitored by an adult at all times.
