Information you provide

Our forms collect your name, email address and any optional contact or event details you choose to provide. Rental requests may also include a delivery address, selected pieces and quantities. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in your notes.

How the forms use your information

Your inquiry is saved so the Boulder Flatts team can respond, discuss availability and prepare event or rental arrangements. A notification containing your answers is sent to the venue, and a confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and email services

Lovable Cloud stores inquiry records, and Lovable Emails handles app email sending. These services process information needed to operate the forms. Email dispatch outcomes are recorded with the inquiry; a sent status does not establish that the email reached an inbox or was opened.

Spam checks and external links

The forms use a browser-based spam challenge without sending challenge data to a third-party CAPTCHA service. Links to social networks, maps and vendor websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts.
